Registered Nurse Travel Position

Job Summary:
This is a travel registered nurse position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising plans of care for assigned patients and families. They will supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs, and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans of care, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Manage patient care, including direct care and delegation of tasks.
- Establish professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Utilize professional skills, such as critical thinking and problem-solving, to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
- One year of acute care experience is strongly preferred.

What We Offer:
- Estimated annual salary of $160,000-$220,000, including a competitive hourly rate and tax-free stipend (if applicable).
- Comprehensive benefits package, including license reimbursement if traveling to a new state and referral bonuses up to $1000 per referral.
