Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering with relevant experience or a PhD in Engineering with relevant experience

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Design of roadway drainage systems
  • Roadway and highway design expertise
  • Traffic engineering and alignment skills
  • Pavement design and maintenance knowledge
  • Cost estimation proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering / EIT Certification
  • Experience in transportation design projects
  • Familiarity with Bentley MicroStation and Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and hydrology software
  • Experience with state transportation department standards is advantageous
