Job Summary

The Cashier is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and inviting manner, explaining our services and pricing structure to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased sales.
  • Service Delivery: Review services performed and bill out customers accurately, obtaining technical information from managers or technicians as needed.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Present promotional materials to customers, maintain marketing programs as directed by management, and answer telephones in an approved manner.
  • Shop Operations: Maintain a spotless customer service area, customer restrooms, and greet and write up work orders for customers when necessary.
Requirements
  • Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of service.
  • Retail Experience: Possess retail experience, with automotive experience a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills, a cheerful and friendly demeanor, and an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer and office management skills.
  • Clean and Neat Appearance: Maintain a clean and neat appearance, with a good telephone voice.
