About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at McDonald's. As a Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and equipment
  • Perform daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and unloading delivery trucks
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Take out and empty trash compactors and change light bulbs as needed
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements

To be successful as a Custodian at McDonald's, you will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
