Moyer & Son Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Service Division Manager to lead our Pool and Spa Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to take charge of our pool service operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the Pool Division, including staffing, purchasing, and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, reporting monthly progress to budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new marketing materials and promote business in targeted areas of growth.
• Partner with other Moyer & Son Inc divisions to offer bundled services to customers.
• Lead sales efforts for custom pool covers.
• Promote a culture of safety throughout the division.

Requirements:

• Proven understanding of the pool service industry.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
