Mercy Hospital is actively seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to enhance our anesthesia team in Lebanon, Missouri. This position is essential to accommodate the increasing volume of surgical cases and the dynamic growth within our healthcare facility. We have recently expanded our surgical team with new specialists, including general surgeons, OBGYNs, orthopedic surgeons, and an interventional pain management physician.
This role offers the chance to practice autonomously while being part of a collaborative group of CRNAs dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients and surgical teams. You will have the opportunity to maintain a diverse skill set, engaging in various procedures including general surgery, OBGYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain management, and more, with no requirements for cardiac or neurological procedures.
Key Features of Mercy Hospital:
- 58-bed facility with a stable team of providers and ongoing growth.
- Comprehensive outpatient surgery center available.
- No trauma designation, allowing for focused practice.
- Seven CRNAs when fully staffed, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Six operating rooms and procedure rooms for efficient workflow.
- Independent practice with full autonomy in decision-making.
- Supportive medical staff, including friendly surgeons and experienced CRNAs.
- Eight LDRP rooms with an annual delivery rate of 400.
- Strong mentorship program available for new graduates.
- System-wide Epic EMR for streamlined documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual guaranteed base salary of $250,000.
- Six weeks of paid time off, plus additional sick leave and one week for continuing medical education.
- Commencement bonus of $50,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and CME allowance.
- Occurrence-based professional liability coverage.
- Opportunities to work at other Mercy facilities for variety, if desired.
