This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Red Kettle Campaign, ensuring its success and impact on local families in need.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with volunteers, community groups, and local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage volunteer bell ringers, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
  • Coordinate with local businesses to secure kettle sponsorship and donations
  • Oversee the collection and processing of kettle funds, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Promote the Red Kettle Campaign through social media and community outreach
  • Collaborate with the Salvation Army team to achieve campaign goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
