Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is mandatory. If your RN license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more without licensure in another state, successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course is necessary prior to reactivation.
  • Experience: Preferred one year of relevant experience.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required. Advanced certifications as necessary per facility.
  • Essential Skills: Proficient customer service, effective communication (both verbal and non-verbal), interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and computer literacy. Advanced training as required by the department.
