Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Jones Street Residential. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents, while also driving occupancy and revenue growth.

• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue growth
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents, responding to inquiries and scheduling site tours
• Screen applicants, prepare and execute lease documents, and collect security deposits and rent
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect, traffic, and leasing data in our database
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform our leasing and marketing strategies
• Respond to resident complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Support the overall marketing efforts of the community, providing input and suggestions on promotions and advertisements

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment
• Proficient computer and software skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Trustworthy and reliable, with sensitivity to confidential matters
