- 10+ years of banking, financial services, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience working as a Product Manager.
- Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
