Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Truist. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop product strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Work with stakeholders to obtain partner alignment and approvals.
  • Partner to set pricing and ensure billing processes are followed.
  • Develop and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap.
  • Mentor other Product Managers on product management practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field.
  • 10+ years of banking, financial services, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
  • 5+ years of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager.
  • Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
