Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs who desire to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their patients' homes. Our skilled nursing professionals play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, and other skilled services to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on nursing care in the home, including:
- Comprehensive patient assessments
- Wound care
- Medication administration
- Other skilled services
- Provide patient education to patients and families for a wide variety of diagnoses, ensuring the patient can effectively manage their conditions at home.
- Facilitate communication to all members of the patient's care team, incorporating family members, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and physicians.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
- At least one (1) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
Preferred Skills:
- One (1) year of Home Health experience
- Community health and a wide range of Medical-Surgical experience
