We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team in our E Houston office. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will play a critical role in the clinical oversight of our homecare clients and patients, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of care to homecare clients and patients.
- Lead and develop the skills and competency of our homecare caregivers.
- Collaborate with our office clinical leader to ensure the highest level of care and quality service.
- Travel to patient homes for onsite visits to ensure the quality of care.
- Active RN license required.
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required.
- Competitive salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
- Annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
