Lead Electrician

Position Overview:
As a Lead Electrician specializing in low voltage systems, you will leverage your problem-solving skills in an industrial electrical setting, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be tasked with the layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of various electrical and telecommunications systems. This includes providing power for machinery, equipment, lighting, and facilities, all in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. You will also collaborate with fellow Electricians to ensure seamless operations.
This role demands proficiency in the complete layout, installation, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of industrial electrical and telecommunication systems. You will be responsible for maintaining essential electrical equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Your duties will encompass overseeing and assisting in installations and repairs, which may involve high voltage electrical and instrumentation circuits.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in electrical systems. The successful applicant will have the necessary experience to competently handle the layout, installation, maintenance, and repair of various industrial electrical and telecommunication systems. A deep understanding of electrical theory and the ability to set up work tasks effectively is essential.
Availability for emergencies or job assignments on a 24-hour basis is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary for this position.
This role encompasses the entire electrical trade, and the successful candidate should be capable of working independently due to the varied nature of the tasks involved. Willingness to pursue further education related to job skills during both working and off hours is expected.
Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or vocational school diploma (or equivalent certification) is required, along with two years of formal training in the electrical field, including NEC code review classes.
