This role will report directly to the Director of Services and will be an integral part of a dynamic and expanding development team, responsible for coordinating project activities, formulating project plans, and executing various tasks as required. Achieving success in project coordination necessitates a strong ability to assess and communicate both risks and opportunities in real-time.Key Responsibilities
  • Employing established project management methodologies to meticulously outline tasks and deliverables.
  • Promptly raising concerns and escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Facilitating discussions regarding project milestones, status updates, and team alignment.
  • Preparing and presenting scheduled status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilizing innovative problem-solving skills to comprehend challenges and eliminate obstacles, ensuring task progression while fostering team engagement and alignment.
  • Offering strategic insights in ongoing internal improvement and transformation initiatives within the team.
Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or coordination.
Experience with Sage Intacct Implementation/Project is essential.
  • Proficient in PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to engage with both team members and senior leadership effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
