Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a PRN/Part Time basis. As a Nurse Practitioner with Matrix Medical Network, you will conduct comprehensive health assessments, provide medical history and diagnosis, and develop treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct adult and geriatric assessments, medical history, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Masters degree in nursing or equivalent experience
  • Current RN and NP licensure in the state of practice
  • Board certification in a Matrix-approved specialty
  • 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
