Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Funder to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Funder, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely disbursement of loans and working closely with title companies to obtain all necessary funding documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assigned a daily pipeline of loans and ensures all loans are disbursed by the disbursement date.
  • Reaches out to title companies to obtain all funding documents required by funding conditions.
  • Reviews all required documents and ensures they are signed and dated appropriately.
  • Follows up with title companies, Loan Officers, and other internal departments to capture missing documents.
  • Issues a funding number to title companies once all documents are received and enters the funding number into the system.
  • Uploads funding documents into Encompass.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Funder.
  • Experience with Encompass.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Work well in a team-oriented environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Organized individual with excellent decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
