Parking Valet Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Parking Valet to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and timely parking of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
  • Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines for vehicle handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Energetic and outgoing, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs, if needed.
