Salary and BenefitsThis full-time, salaried position comes with an attractive estimated salary of $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, you will enjoy an array of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, a retirement plan, paid malpractice insurance, continuing medical education opportunities, and reimbursement for professional expenses.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for treating adults with severe and persistent mental illness in an outpatient setting. You will have the opportunity to provide consultation and supervision to family practice residents in a family practice clinic, fostering growth and development within our organization. Furthermore, you will participate in shared on-call responsibilities, working closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe seek a highly skilled and compassionate psychiatrist who is board eligible or certified in adult psychiatry. Experience with ECT is essential, and we welcome early-career psychiatrists who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
