About the Role

West Edge Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled Chief Dentist to lead our growing practice in Winston-Salem, NC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As Chief Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental services to our patients, managing a team of experienced dental professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $300,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited compensation through our performance-based bonus structure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental services to patients, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other procedures.
  • Manage a team of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of North Carolina.
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a focus on providing personalized care to patients.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
