Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient factory layouts and production processes
- Adapt machinery to production needs and develop processes that enhance production performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and improve manufacturing efficiency
- Contribute to our drive for results and relentless pursuit of quality
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related STEM field
- 6+ months of educational or industry experience
- Strong foundation in manufacturing operations, semiconductor research, and analytical thinking
