Sushi Chef

Zany's is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes according to recipes and customer specifications.

• Prepare all types of sushi using traditional techniques and recipes
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless food service
• Develop new sushi menu items within established guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned by a supervisor

• Prior experience with Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
