Job Title: Residential Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Technician to join our team at Apple Door Systems. As a Residential Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of garage doors, dock equipment, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install garage door products according to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform basic diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks
  • Identify and repair mechanical and electrical failures
  • Conduct preventive maintenance services
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to be added to our auto insurance policy
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the base office location
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of construction and hand tools
  • Mechanical inclination
