Neonatal Care Specialist

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Care Specialist to join their team in McKinney, Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of newborns and their families.
About the Role:
- This position involves working in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing high-quality care to infants from 22 weeks gestation and up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Currennt and valid RN license in the state of Texas.
