Job Summary:

The Dining Services Host is responsible for providing food and beverage service to Members and Guests while consistently displaying a positive attitude with knowledge about the food and beverage menu.

Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash and credit transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials, as well as various liquors, beer, and wines available at the Club.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer preferences to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to provide high-quality food presentations and presentation techniques that meet the company's standards of excellence.

About You:

  • Prior experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a club or restaurant setting.
  • Certifications as required by State and City, such as Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications.
  • Completed F&B Service Training to enhance your skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with Members, Guests, and colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions clearly and concisely.
  • Flexibility to work in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
