NICU Nurse Practitioner

This role provides direct clinical patient care to infants and children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Walker Baptist Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, as well as supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, or policy
