Charge Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility. As a leader in our nursing department, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and supervise a team of care associates.
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct care associates in their duties, ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of resident data, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
- Attend staff meetings and in-services to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
Requirements:
- Current Michigan license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience in long-term care, preferably with leadership roles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
