Compensation
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $269,000 to $342,720+, with unlimited/uncapped earnings potential and a generous sign-on bonus. Our compensation package also includes full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more.
Job Description
As a Child Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients aged 0-18 with a variety of mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients, and we are eager to have you join our team
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully licensed psychiatrist in Oklahoma, with BE/BC certification and an unencumbered DEA. You will also need to have experience in both medication management and therapy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
