Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Reach Therapy Services LLC. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with various abilities, providing services in clinic, daycare, home, schools, and community, and managing patient caseload and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat children with various abilities, including those with speech and language disorders, developmental delays, and other communication challenges.
  • Provide services in clinic, daycare, home, schools, and community settings, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Manage patient caseload and schedule, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other required reports.
  • Develop and implement home exercise plans to support patient progress and independence.
  • Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in pediatric speech and language therapy, including experience with evaluations, treatment, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with children, parents, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy principles and practices, including assessment, treatment, and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
