Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Superbeo in a Temp position in Sun City West, AZ. As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit PCU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit PCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit PCU setting.
  • Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Travel experience in a Progressive Care Unit PCU setting.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
