Millwright Foreman

We are a full-service industrial contractor delivering quality projects from concept to commission. Our team of skilled craftsmen, millwrights, riggers, and machinery movers provide expert installation and maintenance services for industrial equipment and machinery.

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Foreman to join our team in Augusta, Georgia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff engaged in laying out, fabricating, aligning, joining, installing, repairing, and welding materials.

• Provide leadership and quality assurance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including training and development.
• Inspect quality of work and analyze and resolve work-related problems.
• Review materials received at job sites for accuracy and check equipment for proper working conditions.
• Maintain time and track production, communicating with team members to meet deadlines.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment according to construction plans and blueprints.

• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• NCCER or AWS certification or completion of a related program through an accredited technical school is preferred.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. You must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.
