Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the processing of soiled linens.
  • Sort linens based on color and fabric type.
  • Properly load washing machines and dryers, ensuring correct chemical usage.
  • Identify and dispose of damaged linens.
  • Organize and fold clean linens, placing them in designated storage areas.
  • Revitalize accommodations by laundering and folding bedspreads and pillow shams, ensuring they are stored appropriately.
  • Notify supervisors regarding inventory levels of linens, towels, and bathrobes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room and storage areas.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Exhibit knowledge of safe chemical handling and proper equipment operation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in all tasks.
  • Immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor.
  • Provide courteous customer service to guests, addressing inquiries while adhering to cleaning schedules.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in laundry services.

Skills:

Physical Demands:
