Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce vibrant graphics and vinyl outputs suitable for printing and application.
  • Modify existing designs based on client specifications or create new designs from provided materials.
  • Assess the size and layout of visual content, selecting appropriate typography and arranging elements according to design principles and production needs.
  • Verify job accuracy prior to production, ensuring the correct materials and settings are utilized.
  • Manage the customer logo database and convert graphic files as necessary.
  • Adhere to layout guidelines for applying vinyl or graphic images onto designated surfaces.
  • Prepare surfaces for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, and cleaning.
  • Remove excess vinyl from designs, employing various weeding techniques based on design complexity.
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks before and after production, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Execute finishing tasks such as laminating and mounting printed materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • High School diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Capable of determining optimal output methods based on client requirements.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Skilled in producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
