Job Summary:

J. Jill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving new merchandise, preparing garments and accessories for shipping, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to our customers and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect new merchandise from factories
  • Prepare garments and accessories for shipping to customers or retail stores
  • Select and package customer orders for shipping
  • Receive and process customer returns, inspecting products and preparing them for return to inventory
  • Select and package retail store inventory for shipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
