Key Responsibilities
  • Direct or indirect supervision of all on-site PrimeFlight personnel.
  • Oversee the management of airport operations, including customer service, safety, and security.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless airport operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or higher in a related field (e.g., business, management, aviation).
  • 4+ years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Valid State Drivers License with a verifiable safe vehicle operating record.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial operations, profit and loss statements, and other mathematical functions necessary to managing airport operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Online Timekeeping, and Outlook.
  • Experience with airport operations software and systems.
  • Knowledge of airport regulations and industry standards.
