Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents with a focus on geriatric nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in geriatric nursing.

Requirements:

• Current/valid Registered Nurse license from the state licensing board.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
