- Support Principal Planners and Firm Leaders in preparing for and delivering public presentations, facilitating public meetings, and engaging with stakeholders.

- Build relationships with current and future clients to increase awareness of our firm and its services.
- Participate in night meetings as needed to support planning, development, and zoning activities within client communities.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in professional planning and/or design positions, whether municipal or private.
- AICP, NCI, and/or other complementary professional certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member under the direction of Leadership Team, Project Directors, and Project Managers.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Apps and TEAMS.
