As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dishroom environment. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading, running, and unloading the dish machine to ensure efficient operation
  • Monitoring and maintaining the dish machine's water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle
  • Washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware to prevent cross-contamination
  • Maintaining adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies to ensure a clean and safe working environment
