Diversified Maintenance Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to ensure a clean and hygienic space.
  • Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
  • Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a organized workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
