Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams in executing essential integration initiatives while advancing technology and product roadmaps.
  • Provide in-depth technical leadership, making critical technical decisions, establishing requirements, and coordinating technical interfaces with stakeholders.
  • Drive project execution and collaborate cross-functionally with technology development and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Work alongside product managers to define and enhance future products.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a geographically diverse team.
  • Effectively manage individual performance, goals, and professional development.
  • Ensure the establishment of the right culture, processes, and technology investments for upcoming product launches.
  • Enhance and maintain an agile development process.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to new team members and projects through effective knowledge management practices.
  • Communicate regularly with engineering leaders and project management teams regarding KPI results, project progress, and relevant cost metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering management and agile development.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in developing large-scale enterprise solutions as a technical leader.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with a focus on software architecture and design.
  • Proven understanding of product development processes, with a track record of transitioning from strategy to execution.
  • Strong grasp of the complexities involved in large-scale distributed systems and multi-cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, recruit, mentor, and cultivate technical talent while fostering a positive engineering culture.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Experience working with both offshore and onshore teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to continuously refine development and delivery processes.
  • Customer-focused with a strong bias for action, detail-oriented, and an analytical thinker capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SalesTech, or Digital Marketing is advantageous.
