AVAILABILITY REQUIRED FROM 8AM TO 12PM, MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

The Guest Services Associate will warmly welcome and assist members, visitors, and staff as they enter the facility.

This role involves addressing member inquiries regarding gym operations and policies, in addition to executing various administrative tasks.


This meticulous individual will demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities and possess effective communication skills to engage with both staff and members.

A fundamental understanding of financial principles, cash handling processes, and basic computer proficiency is essential.
