About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Water Resources Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex water and wastewater projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Define project scopes, budgets, and work plans to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and proactively address any challenges that arise.
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise project personnel and team members to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
  • Mentor and motivate staff to foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the preparation of calculations, reports, specifications, and other project deliverables.
  • Support the practice in achieving financial goals through effective project management and resource allocation.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure projects meet client expectations and adhere to engineering best practices.
  • Participate in proposal development to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
  • At least 12 years of professional experience as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), with a minimum of 4 years in a project and personnel management role.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
