Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our clinical team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in implementing ABA services, working closely with our clinical supervisors and BCBA to provide individualized support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1 direct sessions with clients, focusing on measurement and assessment, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition.
  • Document and report client progress, utilizing various platforms, including Central Reach.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and community members.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Current vehicle registration and insurance.
  • Prior experience working with children and/or teens in any capacity.
  • Ability to drive to client homes or the behavior clinic up to three clients per day within a 25-mile radius.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 12pm - 8pm.

Area of Service

  • Hesperia, Apple Valley, Victorville, Adelanto, and surrounding areas.
