Position: Analyst, Real Estate Investment and Asset Management

Overview: Pine Tree is seeking an Analyst to become a vital member of the Real Estate Investment and Asset Management team. This position provides a unique opportunity to engage in the comprehensive ownership cycle of properties, collaborating closely with various divisions such as Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Leasing, and others. This role is particularly suited for candidates with a background in real estate analysis who are eager to advance in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee asset-level performance metrics and ensure the accuracy of financial information
  • Develop property-specific cash flow forecasts and valuations utilizing Argus software
  • Generate precise reports for stakeholders and financial institutions
  • Work alongside senior management on asset management strategies
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives for property enhancement
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for value addition
  • Calculate investment returns and perform sensitivity assessments
  • Review legal documentation related to value enhancement projects
  • Assist in conducting market research
  • Perform analyses related to acquisitions and capital markets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related discipline
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in commercial real estate investment analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings as well as work independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to contributing to organizational enhancements
