Position Overview
This full-time, on-site position for an Assisted Living LPN encompasses both 1st and 2nd shifts. The LPN will play a crucial role in delivering care to residents, managing medication administration, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and provide direct care to residents.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the medical team.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license and CPR certification.
