Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Summary:

KBR is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials and documentation to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Perform, analyze, and document quality control tests.
  • Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all QA devices.
  • Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements:

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must possess an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required. Willingness to take a polygraph and upgrade clearance as required.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and database systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
