This full-time Senior Relationship Banker opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies to grow existing member relationships and attract new business opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty
• Identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and improve member engagement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in banking or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
