As a Roving Plumber at Global Integrity Realty Corporation, you will be responsible for maintaining the plumbing systems of our properties, addressing a wide range of issues from routine maintenance to emergency repairs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Preventative Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
- Implement preventative measures to extend the lifespan of plumbing components, reducing downtime and costs associated with repairs.
- Safety Protocols:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Promote safe plumbing practices among the maintenance team and contractors, emphasizing the importance of safety and responsibility.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation to travel throughout the portfolio as needed.
- Proven experience as a plumber in multi-family residential and commercial settings, with a strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the maintenance team and contractors.
Estimated Salary Range: $27.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
