Job Title: Physical Therapist

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team for a contract assignment in Suffolk, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a treatment plan.
  • Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy interventions and education.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to set realistic and achievable goals for patients.
  • Document and record patients' conditions and progress.
  • Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
