Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreman to join our team at TelCom Construction Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to crew members to ensure successful project completion
  • Implement and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Operate and maintain construction equipment, including dump trucks and skid loaders
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on crew leadership and project management
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and construction practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including prints and utility maps
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement (preferred)
