Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits, and resolve issues in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Point of Sale Transactions: Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Maintenance: Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, and provide exceptional customer service to meet sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb up and down a ladder.
